Maintain Inventory Items
First we
select the Maintain menu and then we select the INVENTORY ITEMS on it.
After
clicking on MAINTAIN INVENTORY ITEMS a following window will be open
In maintain
inventory items we can write ITEM ID,DESCRIPTION and also select the STOCK
ITEM.stock item selection is must .
After
selecting STOCK ITEM we can also write or select the UNIT/MEASURE ,Gl Sales Account,Gl
Inventory Account,Gl Cost of Sales Account which can already saved in MAINTAIN
CHART OF ACCOUNS and then save it from save button.
Then
choosing the ASSEMBLY from ITEM CLASS
After
choosing it a new window will be open .in this we can also write ITEM
ID,DESCRIPTION ,Gl Sales Account,Gl Inventory,Gl Cost of Sales Account.and then
save it from save button.
After that
click on BEGINNING BALANCES.
After
clicking on it a new window will be open in this we can write QUANTITY ,UNIT
COST of every item .
